SALESDRVN is a sales alignment and revenue infrastructure service operated by SALESDRVN. The Service includes the SALESDRVN website, the Sales Alignment Audit tool, strategy call bookings, and any related communications or deliverables. The Service is designed to help coaches, consultants, service based businesses, and founder led brands identify and resolve misalignment in their sales process.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

When you complete the Sales Alignment Audit, you voluntarily submit personal information including your name, email address, phone number, website, and a description of your sales bottleneck. By submitting this information, you consent to SALESDRVN using it to contact you regarding your audit results, strategy call scheduling, and relevant service offerings. Your submission data is stored securely in our database and transmitted to our team at [email protected] for follow up purposes.

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by SALESDRVN and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Service without prior written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SALESDRVN, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States.
